Smart-Wash Extractors

Ready Rack’s Smart-Wash extractors feature pre-loaded, NFPA 1850-compliant wash cycles for consistent, thorough decontamination. As standards change, maintain your investment with program uploads via the built-in USB port.
Operation is simple and precise with a 7″ color LCD and water temperature control. An adaptive dispenser handles both liquid and powder detergents, and compatibility with automatic detergent injectors ensures accurate, consistent dosing.
Available in capacities from 22 to 242 lbs., Smart-Wash extractors deliver the reliable, advanced performance you need to maintain your gear and protect your crew.

120v Commercial Extractors
The Extractor 22 and 35 (EW22G & EW35G) are PPE washers designed to follow current NFPA 1850 guidelines. Their front loading drums with capacities of 22 lbs. and 35 lbs. make either washer a great option for washing multiple sets of turnout gear.
Additionally, the EW22G and EW35G wash cycles are user friendly and specific tuned to meet the needs of the firefighting industry. With PPE wash cycles such as, Outer Shells and Liners, we have engineered the EW22G and EW35G to be simple, straight forward, and get the job done.
The EW22G and EW35G both boast other fire station friendly features such as a soft-mounting design, standard water hookups, 120v electrical, and is compatible with automatic soap dispensers.

PPE Drying
Keep your PPE clean, dry, and service-worthy with Ready Rack. Our drying cabinets offer NFPA 1850 compliant care with gentle, controlled drying to preserve gear integrity. All units have programmable controls and overheat protection. The Smart-Dry 4 with Dry Kwik hangers dries four sets of gear. The Smart-Dry 6 uses Air Flow Coat Hangers to simultaneously dry gear inside and out. The Vortex DC2 dries it all with 110v power and temperature tracking sensors.
