You may have heard some rumblings about security flaws in the Zoom.us system. To avoid those issues we institute the strictest of security policies.
- To secure our meetings we require advanced registration and each registration is approved manually by a moderator.
- App update, If you or your team are installing the desktop app on your computer you will want to make sure you download it only directly from zoom.us and the version should be 4.69 as of this email.
- If anyone is using their personal email to register for the webinar I will contact someone for authorization.
- We won’t ask or allow for system remote control, we only allow for screen sharing from the presenting panel.
